the relationship with me

Yesterday, I ended with, how long does manifestation take?

The straight answer – as calm and clear as your mind is. Does that mean, it can happen instantly?

Well, I am no authority, but I still haven’t seen a pani poori pop in my palms instantly.

But the results may be directly proportional to your belief, clarity of thought and calmness of the mind. And what about the vibration? Wasn’t that also a thing?

Well, I don’t how right or wrong this may sound, but I like to connect the dots to mindfulness and meditation. When you practise or engage in some form of physical activity like yoga, swimming, gym workouts, a run, etc. you experience a natural state of happiness and calm, thanks to happy hormones that get released. In a state of happiness, we naturally emit a better energy and hence experience that work gets done faster and minus the hurdles.

So lets say you woke up one morning, fought with your spouse and showed at work, you are like a ball of fire moving around, triggering others around you too. You might notice a string of negative experiences that day. On the other hand, if you started your day with exercise or meditation, you get rewarded in the form of a calm and relaxed mind as well as higher levels of patience. As a result, you may end up being the firefighter as opposed to being the fighter. And once you feel good about yourself for trying to salvage the situation, be it your marriage, your job or anything else, by opting for methods other than fighting, you end up feeling even more elevated. As a result, you spiral into a series of positive experiences. And things flow towards you. That’s when you feel you are manifesting.

The key factor here is to maintain a positive state, have faith and carry on with your daily routine.

Apart from physical exercise, plenty of research supports meditation. There is mention of the theta state of the mind, associated with deep relaxation, creativity, and intuition.. To put it in layman’s terms, when you start meditating, you reach a state of deep relaxation or nothingness. When the mind has even a few milliseconds of nothingness, it is free to explore answers to persistent problems one faces. As a result, the mind offers the correct solution and one ends up experiencing magic.

To conclude, it is best to approach goals, achievements and ultimately manifestation with a holistic approach – that of maintaining a calm and relaxed interior and consistent positivity.

P.S. Do share your own experiences. Did you resonate with any of these points?
