the relationship with me

After a week of writing about manifestation, here is the gist of what I wanted to say:

Manifestation Isn’t New — We’ve Been Doing It All Along

  • As children, many of us prayed, hoped, visualized, and worked for our desires. We may not have called it “manifestation,” but the process was very similar.
  • The current rise in manifestation talk may be a change in jargon, not a new discovery.

It All Starts With Clarity and Calmness of Mind

  • A cluttered mind breeds doubt and indecision. Manifestation begins with a decluttered, focused, and calm mind, often developed through mindfulness or meditation.
  • Your mind must believe your desire is already on its way—this helps the amygdala relax and lets the prefrontal cortex focus fully on action.

Belief + Action = Magic

  • Contrary to trends online, manifestation is not just wishing upon a star. It’s a combination of:
    • Clear intentions
    • Belief in positive outcomes
    • A detailed action plan (like SMART goals)
    • Consistency in following through

Energy and Vibration Are Linked to Mood & Habits

  • Activities like yoga, running, or any form of exercise help produce happy hormones, placing us in a higher energy state that feels more “in flow.”
  • Starting the day in a positive way (vs. conflict or chaos) often sets the tone for a better outcome and clearer focus.

The Role of Positive Affirmations and Visualization

  • Positive self-talk and vision boards can align thoughts and emotions to what we truly desire.
  • Visualization helps create a mental blueprint, making the goal more tangible and emotionally resonant.

Manifestation Is Not Instant—It’s Aligned with Readiness

  • No pani poori appears in your hand instantly—but when you’re mentally, emotionally, and energetically aligned, it feels like things fall into place more smoothly.
  • Results depend on how calm, clear, and committed you are—not just wishful thinking.

Beware of ‘Gurus’ Online

  • Social media is filled with self-proclaimed manifestation experts. Use discernment, not desperation, when choosing who to follow.
  • Real transformation involves effort, introspection, and discipline—not shortcuts.

Mindfulness and Meditation = Your Superpowers

  • Practices that lead to the theta brainwave state (like meditation) foster creativity, intuition, and problem-solving.
  • A few seconds of “mental nothingness” can spark the right solutions and ideas—often seen as “magic.”

Holistic Approach Over Hustle

  • True manifestation blends mental clarity, emotional belief, physical well-being, and spiritual grounding.
  • It’s not about overworking, nor passive waiting—it’s about showing up with the right mindset and balanced energy.

P.S. With that, do let me know your thoughts and experiences. Saturday and Sunday shall be content calendar free!
