I guess some days come by to tell me just how important positive thinking is. The day can get long and tiring. You may end up meeting plenty of people, some who are interested in you and some who are not. If you can pick on their energies and feel the repulsion but need to stay put anyway, you have two choices – tell your self it is temporary. Or talk your self out of the situation. Tell yourself this episode is trying your patience. Most importantly focus on your narrative. Your self talk. Because no matter what the world says, it is the chatter between your ears that matters most.

Sometimes, the solution you are looking for seems far away. Things take time. Once again, take a break. Brainstorm with different sets of people. But most importantly stay positive. And be mindful of your self talk.

How to stay positive? Easy peasy. Do something you like. Chant. Meditate. Sleep. Disconnect from gadgets. Connect with nature. Create something. Listen to music… the options are unending.

P.S. I had a long day. And my only realisation was positive self talk! I guess that’s a good way to close a Sunday… see you tomorrow
