We all go through the ups and downs in relationships. All sorts of them. And sometimes it’s difficult to understand what went wrong. Some experiences can leave us deeply hurt.
But the trick to moving on is to review your feelings and thoughts, figure out what went wrong and make necessary changes. Over-a period of time, we can chalk out patterns that emerge. It can be helpful to decide why we attract the same patterns and how can we bring ourselves out of them.
An important exercise is to divert your mind to the positives in your life, go for a run and engage in some activity.
No, I do not mean to say, put your emotions under a carpet. All I mean to say is that live the emotion of pain deeply. But take breaks and stop overthinking.
The nature of life and emotions both, is temporary. the biggest victory lies in keeping both, the highs and lows neutral and pace on.
P.S. Figuring out patterns that repeat in life can become the starting point of decoding what we attract. The beauty of life lies in living every emotion fully and deeply, negative or positive
