What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

Eating of course! now that we are still celebrating extended Diwali, I find myself easily slipping into munching. I always thought it would give me the much desired chiseled jawline. Little did I realise, this exercise increases my waistline.

Well on a more serious note, I have lived exercise only conditionally. When I am with a group. That makes the whole workout regime more fun. Growing up, I was forced into exercise due to two reasons. One, I came from a middle class family. Forget chauffeurs, we didn’t own a car. So taking public transport on a daily basis became a ritual. Climbing up and down staircases running to catch a bus, standing on trains and living a regular life without too much pampering made sure I stayed fit.

Two, it was a chance discovery about half a decade ago that I love water. So aqua aerobics became my greatest love.

I enjoy any sport that is not too rigorous and has people involved.
