If you didn’t need sleep, what would you do with all the extra time?

Meditate and cycle and meet friends and read and write and spend time with myself. There is a whole list. Eight more hours daily is no joke.

Basically, I would spend eight solid hours at work and the extra eight indulging in hobbies and activities that light up my soul.

Mostly being around people I love and spending all remaining time working on inner growth. Because there is only so much achievement that can make you happy. being a limit, achievement is mother more than addiction.

But when your soul is nourished, it leaves you content, free from never ending desires and open to receiving all the wisdom that is in store for you.

P.S. it is my perpetual realisation that coming back to oneself is the real harbinger of wisdom and therefore joy.
